A clear video proof must be provided showing the issue with the product.

The customer must record an unboxing video while opening the package to verify any defects.

Without sufficient proof, we will not be able to process any returns or refunds.

Digital & Smart Products Policy:

Digital products such as subscriptions and software licenses are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable.

For electronic products like AirPods and smartwatches, the return or refund request must be made on the same day of receiving the product.

If the product is defective upon arrival, we will cooperate fully and offer a replacement or refund as necessary.

Customer Cooperation:

We believe in maintaining a strong relationship with our customers and will cooperate fully in case of any issues.

If a genuine issue is reported with proper proof, we will process either a replacement or a refund based on the situation.
